Bianco di Nera Sparkling White Wine - Milazzo

Bianco di Nera' is a fresh, young and fruity sparkling wine that is the result of the careful blending of local grape varieties selected by Milazzo, a winery capable of enhancing, within its range, both international and indigenous varieties, the true heritage of the island. The white grapes in this bottle give rise to a versatile wine, ready to be drunk now, to fully enjoy its lively perlage and the spontaneity of its aromas and flavours. A perfect bottle for the most informal and goliardic occasions, in which wine is an element of aggregation.Spumante "Bianco di Nera" is the fruit of a skilful blending carried out by the Milazzo winery team. The grapes, carefully selected to guarantee only the best of the terroir of origin, once harvested undergo an initial fermentation in steel containers for four months, then re-fermentation in autoclaves, following the production principles of the Martinotti Method. Again in autoclaves, the wine is left to refine for a few months, until bottling and marketing operations begin. Bianco di Nera' is a sparkling wine that, in the glass, manifests itself with a straw-yellow colour, crossed by a not too fine-grained perlage, characterised by good persistence. The olfactory spectrum revolves around mainly fruity and floral aromas, which envelop the nose with crisp and forthright notes. On the palate it is light-bodied, very slender and flowing, with a sip that is pleasing for its fresh component, which encourages drinking. The aperitif hour takes on engaging Sicilian nuances, thanks to this product made by the Milazzo winery.
