Orders

If your order has not yet been processed, you can change or cancel it by contacting us via email or chat. Remember to include the order number in your request.

If a product is out of stock, it will be indicated directly on the product page. You can contact us to find out when it will be back in stock.

Shipping

Shipments are processed within 24 working hours and delivered within 2-5 working days in Italy. You will receive an email with a link to track your parcel.

If you have not received your parcel within the expected time, please contact us via email or chat and we will provide updates on the status of the shipment.

Returns and Refunds

You may return a product within 15 working days of receipt. The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Contact us to start the procedure.

In caso di prodotto danneggiato, invia un’email entro 5 giorni lavorativi con le foto del prodotto e il numero dell’ordine. Valuteremo se è necessario un reso, una sostituzione o un rimborso.

Il rimborso viene effettuato entro 7 giorni dalla ricezione del reso e potrebbero occorrere circa 5-10 giorni perché tu possa vedere l’accredito relativo al rimborso.
