Sicilian wine, from the Agrigento countryside. The C'D'C' Bianco wine originates from a blend of four grape varieties, Grillo, Chardonnay, Inzolia and Catarratto, varieties that grow at an altitude of around 260 metres above sea level, sinking their roots into soils characterised by a mainly calcareous subsoil. Soft pressing of the grapes is followed by cold decanting of the must. Subsequent fermentation takes place in steel containers, where the wine is left to age for 3 months. After bottling, the Baglio del Cristo di Campobello winery matures the product in the bottle for a further two months before marketing it.
