Orders
If your order has not yet been processed, you can change or cancel it by contacting us via email or chat. Remember to include the order number in your request.
If a product is out of stock, it will be indicated directly on the product page. You can contact us to find out when it will be back in stock.
Shipping
Shipments are processed within 24 working hours and delivered within 2-5 working days in Italy. You will receive an email with a link to track your parcel.
If you have not received your parcel within the expected time, please contact us via email or chat and we will provide updates on the status of the shipment.
Returns and Refunds
You may return a product within 15 working days of receipt. The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Contact us to start the procedure.
In case of a damaged product, please send us an email within 5 working days with photos of the product and the order number. We will assess whether a return or replacement is necessary.
The refund is made upon receipt of the return and may take up to 7 working days to be credited.
Payments
We accept credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. All payments are safe and secure.
You will receive a confirmation email after payment. If you do not receive it, please contact us to check the status of your order.
