Rum Don Papa Sherry Casks Canned - 70cl

Don Papa Sherry Casks Finish is a limited edition premium rum distilled in Negros Island, Philippines.The exceptional climate and volcanic soil bring richness to the sugarcane that grows on Mount Kanlaon. After the sugarcane is harvested, it is processed by local mills and the resulting molasses, known locally as 'black gold', is sent to the distillery. It is then aged in ex-bourbon barrels and matured for 18 months in four different types of sherry casks, each of which gives the product particular flavours: Fino, Pedro Ximenez, Cream and Palo Cortado. Finally, the rums from the four casks are carefully blended to create the Don Papa Sherry Cask Finish.
