Lumà Syrah - Cellaro Winery

In the area of Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento, the Cellaro winery cultivates its vineyards with total respect for nature, on soils that have a privileged composition and are located between 300 and 600 metres above sea level. The Syrah grapes, with which Cellaro produces the Lumà line wine of the same name, are grown in such a way as to enhance the genuineness of the fruit. The maceration of the grapes takes place at a controlled temperature and lasts a total of 10-12 days, after which the grapes are pressed. The wine reaches an alcohol content of 13.5%.
