Gin Volcano Etna - 70cl

It was conceived on a March afternoon. During a walk among the slopes of Etna, the idea of bottling the heady odours, perfumes and aromas of that spring sunset was born. Juniper, the botanical of reference for Gin, finds its ideal habitat on Etna; like broom, absolute princess with its dazzling colour and perfume. In the infusion we add hazelnut for more roundness, wild fennel that lends pride to the spicy notes and bitter orange for a fresh and expressive acidity. Volcano is a Gin with elegant traits and an aromatic, spicy character.
