Gin Mare Capri - 70cl

Gin Mare is produced in an old fishing village between the Costa Dorada and Costa Brava and is considered the Mediterranean gin par excellence. A total of 9 botanicals are used to create this wonderful nectar, the main one being Spanish arbequina olive along with Italian basil, Spanish cardamom, Greek rosemary, Turkish thyme, Valencian and Seville oranges, Seville lemons, and of course coriander and juniper berries. Thanks to a separate maceration and distillation of the individual botanicals, the final product expresses all the characteristics of each in a decisive yet delicate manner.
