Harmonium Nero d'Avola (Wooden case) - Firriato

Harmonium is the successful synthesis of the power of Nero d'Avola and the Firriato style. The aim was to create a "cru of crus" offering all the expressions of the richness of such an eclectic grape variety. After 15 years of analysis and microvinifications, Firriato identified, in the 165 hectares of Borgo Guarini, the three different cru of Ferla, Lepre and Beccaccia, to raise vines obtained from no less than three different mass selections of Nero d'Avola. The complexity of the pedoclimatic conditions allowed us to highlight the different organoleptic characteristics of the three Single Vineyards. The Harmonium grapes are harvested at different harvest times because they have different maturities and are vinified separately to unite in a blend that has made the history of this identity label.
