Brioso is a lightly sparkling wine made from selected Inzolia grapes, ideal with light meals, aperitifs and snacks.
The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. After static clarification, the must is decanted and selected yeasts are added to ferment at a temperature of 16-18° C.
Foaming takes place in autoclaves according to the traditional short Charmat method (approx. 3 months).
