Yes, you can change or cancel an order if it has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email specifying the order number. We will do our best to fulfil your request.
Products are generally delivered within 2-5 working days in Italy. For international orders, times may vary depending on the destination. You will receive an email with a link to track the shipment once your order has been shipped.
If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product by email or telephone, enclosing a photo of the product and the order number. We will proceed quickly with the replacement or refund.
