Arancello Bianchi - 70cl

Leone always had a small bunch of orange blossom in the jar above his desk. He loved the scent of that inflorescence known in Sicily. Sometimes, he would pluck a bud from the sprig he had in the jar and put it in the buttonhole of his jacket collar. One day Leone, who had already tasted her exquisite limoncello, said to Anita: Here is a bottle of 96 degree alcohol, try making a liqueur with orange peels instead of lemon peels. The result was clearly exceptional. The arancello had a strong, citrus scent and was bright orange in colour. Today, our arancello is prepared solely with orange peels, alcohol and sugar as Anita did so many years ago. The secret of arancello lies in the essential oils inside the orange peels.
