Reliquo is an e-commerce specialising in the sale of wines, spirits and liqueurs within the European Union.


2. Conditions of Sale

Orders

  • There is no minimum or maximum value for orders.
  • Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been processed, by contacting us by email or telephone.
  • Orders are only confirmed after payment has been completed.

Products

  • All products offered on Reliquo are accurately described.
  • Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • Reliquo takes responsibility for errors in product descriptions. In such cases, the customer may request a return or refund, to be agreed with our team.

Prices

  • All prices shown on the site include VAT.
  • The prices visible on the site are always up-to-date and do not change after purchase.
  • Reliquo does not issue invoices for B2B (Business to Business) sales, as it operates exclusively in the retail sector.
 
3. Shipping

Shipping Zones

-Reliquo only ships within the European Union.

Shipping Types

We offer two types of shipping:

  • Standard: Delivery time 2-5 working days.
  • Express: Short delivery time (varies according to destination state).

Shipping costs depend on the destination and type chosen.

Responsibility

  • Once the order has been processed and handed over to the courier, Reliquo is not liable for delays in delivery caused by the courier.
  • Products damaged in transit are covered by our policy. In case of damage, please refer to the section 'Returns and Refunds'.
 
4. Payments

Methods of Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • Digital payment systems: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
  • Express payments: Link, iDEAL, Przelewy24, Bancontact, EPS.
  • Accruals: Available via PayPal (payment in 3 instalments).

5. Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers have the right of withdrawal within 14 working days since delivery.
  • Products must be returned unopened, unused and in the original packaging.

Return Procedure

  • To initiate a return, please contact us by email (info@reliquo.com) or telephone (0924 89189).
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was received damaged.

Damaged Products

  • If a product arrives damaged, the customer must report it within 5 working days from delivery, sending a description and photos by email.
  • At our discretion, we may proceed with a refund or replacement of the product.

Timing of Reimbursement

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days from receipt of the return.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer.

7. Guarantees

Product Warranty

  • Products sold on Reliquo comply with European legislation on the legal guarantee of conformity.
  • In case of conformity defects, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Limitations of Liability
  • Reliquo is not liable for delays or errors in delivery caused by the courier.
  • Reliquo takes responsibility for any errors in product descriptions and reserves the right to assess return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
  • Sales contracts are governed by Italian law.
  • In the event of disputes, the competent court is that of Marsala.

10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
  • Reliquo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Any changes will be published on the site with a notice of 15 days than their entry into force.
  • Registered users will be notified by email in the event of substantial changes. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new conditions. Customers who do not accept the changes may discontinue use of the services by contacting us.
