Sciavuru - Cantine Paolini

SciaVuru is the fruit of a skilful blend made by the PAOLINI team, where, alongside Catarratto and Damaschino we also find a small percentage of other local white grapes. The grapes, carefully selected to ensure only the best of the terroir of origin, once harvested undergo an initial fermentation in steel containers for four months, then re-fermentation and refinement in autoclaves, waiting for its complete maturation.
