Lumà Grillo - Cellaro Winery

Grillo Luma is vinified in purity from grapes of the indigenous variety that the Cellaro winery cultivates in the lands of Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento. The grapes are subjected to a soft crushing, strictly by reduction. The must ferments at very low temperatures to enhance the wine's natural aroma. After a period of ageing in stainless steel barrels, the wine is ready to be enjoyed.
