Lumà Chardonnay – Cantina Cellaro

The very healthy grapes are pressed very softly and the must obtained is fermented in small stainless steel vats where strict temperature control is possible, resulting in a particularly aromatic and drinkable wine. It matures in stainless steel and is bottled in January to preserve its aroma and freshness.
