Fortified Wine Sherry Pedro Ximénez "Don Zoilo" 15 Years Old - Williams & Humbert - 75cl

Made from the Pedro Ximenez grape variety grown near Jerez de la Frontera, the grapes are left in the sun to dry for about 15 days and then vinified. Matured in large oak barrels for 12 years and then bottled and marketed, it is perfectly suited to dark chocolate desserts, cream desserts, blue cheese and meditation.
