Mallfy Gin with lemon was created by Torino Distillati. The company was founded in 1992 by purchasing a historic Vermouth factory in Moncalieri. Mallfy Lemon Gin stems from the desire to combine the classic taste of Gin with the typical aromas and scents of citrus fruits. The distillate is made from an infusion in pure alcohol of Tuscan juniper, Amalfi lemon, coriander, cassia, angelica, iris and liquorice. The distillation takes place in a vacuum in a steel still, taking care to keep the temperature low so that all the perfumes and aromas can be delicately extracted.
